Will & Allie

WK Property Solutions is proudly owned and operated by husband-and-wife team William and Allie Grieger.

William began his construction career in 2014 working alongside Allie’s father, Kenny, who owned a luxury hardscape and landscape company known for high-end craftsmanship and attention to detail. Over the years, that experience helped shape the work ethic, pride, and quality standards that continue to define WK Property Solutions today.

After reconnecting in 2020, William and Allie built both a family and a business together rooted in hard work, trust, and a shared passion for helping homeowners create spaces they truly love. While William is originally from Arizona, Allie has called Midlothian home her entire life, giving the company deep local roots and a strong connection to the Richmond community.

Today, they proudly run WK Property Solutions while raising their four children and German Shepherd alongside the business they’ve worked hard to build together.

As a family-owned company, they believe in honest communication, quality craftsmanship, and treating every customer’s home with the same care and respect they would their own.
